available 24x7 on the Mobile Helpline No. 155210 on
which railway passengers can lodge their complaints of bribery/corruption against

anywhere in the country for information like arrival and departure
of trains, seat availability, etc. Local call will be applicable.
6,000 automatic ticket vending machines to be installed and linked to UTS
(unreserved ticketing system ) in the metros in the next two years. 800 more coaches, including special coaches for the physically challenged,
will be attached to popular trains.
